Through our arts & craft program, the participants will get to express themselves by drawing,
coloring and scrapbooking activities.
Different color combinations help them to reduce depression and to calm their inner selves,
bringing out the best in them.
Program cost : $5 per session

Basketball
Through a competitive game of basketball, this community based program encourages team work and
fitness, alongside supporting movement and coordination skills, through providing a means for
participants to play with team-members matching their skillset.

Cafe' Culture
Through a competitive game of basketball, this community based program encourages team work and

Cafe' Culture
Participants are given the opportunity to visit local coffee shops and buy refreshments.
The objective of this program is to allow participants to learn about different menus & service
skills and gain practice in making items similar to that off of common menus.
‘Café culture’ enables the participants to build their confidence in their own social skills, through the
imitation of a common customer-service job while socialising and having fun with peers.

Day Trip
A vehicle will transport participants to various locations, allowing them time to explore
different environments across Melbourne in this whole day outing trip.
This activity, at times,also includes socializing with peers while enjoying a BBQ.

Drive Club
Participants get to enjoy a relaxing, leisurely drive as they view the scenery of Melbourne’s
diverse nature regions.
